These terms cover the use of this site and any neon sign, retro poster, or custom design piece you order or commission through it. Using the site means you accept them.
You are welcome to read, save and print these pages for your own reference. Please do not copy them for resale or present the work here as your own creation.
A request sent through the site is an enquiry, not a finished agreement. An order becomes binding once we have confirmed the piece, the price, the timeline, and any design details in writing.
We take commissions in small numbers each season to ensure quality work. If we cannot craft something to our standards, or cannot complete it in your timeframe, we will be honest about it rather than rush the work.
All prices are confirmed before production begins, and we typically ask for a deposit to secure your slot. The remaining balance is due before your finished piece ships out the door.
Colour, texture, sizing and neon glow vary slightly from piece to piece—photographs cannot capture that fully. Those variations are part of the authentic vintage design character, not imperfections.
We pack each piece ourselves with care and only ship once it is fully cured and ready. If your order arrives damaged, let us know within a few days and we will repair or replace it at no charge.
A custom neon sign or retro poster made to your own specification cannot be returned once completed, since it was created uniquely for you.
All neon signs, vintage posters and design work on this site are the property of the studio. Please reach out before reusing any imagery and we'll almost certainly grant permission.
We guarantee our neon installations and poster prints against defects in materials and craftsmanship. We are not responsible for damage from mishandling, accidents, or normal wear over time.
